Punta Ala Worlds 2015: Day 4 , Glenn Ashby lead after 7 races

Results have been updated with the 7th race for both fleets. You can find them attached below at http://www.aclassworlds2015.it/overall-results.html

Thursday saw two races held in medium to a hard breeze plus high chop, together with the great scenery from Punta Ala all making an historic day of racing in the A-Class with high performance sailing showed from both fleets in the need to adapt their handling to both extremes in the same day of competition.

Glenn Ashby as reported in previous post in his interview had a great Match Race with Mischa Heemskerk in the first race, and went to control the last one of the day.

The Silver fleet got their 2nd race in the higher point of the incoming breeze while the Gold fleet waited for their course to be set. So they were the ones handling the peak of the tough but good major even sailing conditions.

We made an interview with Graham Harbour also today on the how the event is developing and the AGM meeting held yesterday, that will be published later.
