"On August 7-9 the Polish Open A-class Championships were held at Sopot. 22 competitors participated. The event some races with very light and shifty winds and others in good foiling conditions. 

The fight for overall title was very tight. The new Polish Champion is Kuba Surowiec on a foiling Exploder. Second place for Jacek Noetzel Exploder A15 and third was Marcin Badzio on non foiling Scheurer."
