2016 Worlds @Medemblik scheduled for June 18-24
Jan Groot , Chair of Dutch Association has prepared a document to introduce next Worlds to be held at Medemblik, Netherlands in June 2016.
For 2015 Worlds at Punta Ala we have a record number of +160 entries confirmed, and 4 Arg crews are being registered right now.

2016 A-Cat Worlds Championship

Introduction
Located 60 km north of Amsterdam, the International Sailing Centre (ISC) organized the first Olympic sailing regatta in Medemblik in 1985, and through the years became one of world's best Olympic sailing regattas with over 1,100 participants from more than 50 countries regularly attending. Initially known as the SPA Regatta, the event became the Delta Lloyd Regatta in 2008.
• The venue has all the facilities to host a major sailing championship
• Professional race committee organizes world championships every year
• Racing area is directly outside the harbor on Holland’s biggest lake, the IJsselmeer
• The 800 year old city of Medemblik is on a 10 minute walk from the boat park
• Camping with tents and campers at the boat park
