Polish Nats 2014 @SSK Navigo: Marcin Badzio Champ

We contacted Wojtek Bendik for some background on the Polish Nats held at Navigo Cat Club at Sopot and he kindly sent some comments on the event & conditions:

Wojtek: "Marcin was on a Scheuer was first and Tymek on DNA was second - they had equal number of points. They were both on non flying cats. Jacek was third on his flying Exploder. There was not much wind so only 5 races. Second day wind was stronger and flying Exploder proved advantage in medium/strong wind. Unfortunately last day wind was really turning around and jury was not able to start race.
Now we have three young sharks that went to Germany this week so we are really interested in how they will perform"

Marcin & Tymek Bendik are part of the rising young stars of the Polish A-Cat scene, and we will surely see them at the podium many times in years to come. They finished tied in points for the first place after 5 races but Marcin won on bullets scored.

Badzio also had an excellent European event at Bordeaux, he ended 11th overall and Timek was 18th.
