Change to Worlds Sailing Instructions.

TOULON 2023. Important change in SIs.

Please take note of this new information concerning your participation in the A -Cat Worlds 2023:

"Dear Worlds Competitors. The World’s Sailing Instructions are nearly finalised and will contain a rule that we have not come across before at a World event. The MINISTÈRE DE LA TRANSITION ÉCOLOGIQUE ET SOLIDAIRE mandates that all competing boats must carry a tow line.

To cover this requirement a rule will be included in the Sailing Instructions stating - Compulsory presence on board of a floating line minimum length 10m, diameter 8mm.

This rule will be subject to a Standard penalty for non-compliance. Please ensure your boat satisfies this requirement.
