Class Submissions & Proposals: Letter to Associations

Dear Presidents,
The Technical committee and the IACA committee have been working on several proposals over the past months which are intended to improve the way we do things within the class. The initial list started out quite long but after serious consideration we have managed to solve some issues without the need of a ballot. We do however still have some areas which need your attention. I have summarised the submissions below and their current status.

New Annual event at Garda organized by Circolo Vela Arco

"Arco Club in Lake Garda will host an annual international regatta each year as of 2014. Lake Garda is one of our most popular sail venues in Europe this event could become one of the biggest events on the calander each year along the Europeans. In earlier times the Torbole Trophy attracted well over 100 Tornados to Lake Garda every year. It would be really something if the A class could have such an event in the years to come. I am sure it will be very successful." Andrew Landenberger IACA's President.
